Job summary

Hartford HealthCare seeks a registered nurse for the Greater Manchester Region (Manchester Memorial Hospital). The role provides direct and indirect patient-centered care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and reporting patient status to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Must meet CT licensure and BLS/ACLS requirements and validate NCLEX completion if graduating soon. Shift details include 7p-7:30a, every other weekend, with opportunities for growth within Hartford HealthCare’s

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
Must have certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire or receive certification within the new employee orientation period.
Graduate Nurse applicants must pass NCLEX by 90 days of graduation date.

Responsibilities

Provides high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
Coordinates patient care by working with the interdisciplinary team.
Communicates patient clinical condition and responds quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles to provide age-appropriate care.
