Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized oncology nursing care in Gilbert, AZ. You will monitor patients, administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy, manage symptoms, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS, and 1–2 years of oncology or hematology experience. ACLS is preferred depending on patient population.

Qualifications

• ONS/ONCC chemotherapy and biotherapy certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor oncology patients for changes in condition, treatment response, and complications.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, medications, IV therapy, blood products, and other prescribed treatments according to established protocols.
• Monitor for adverse reactions, infection, bleeding, pain, and other treatment-related complications.
• Provide symptom management and supportive care throughout the treatment process.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, side effects, and home care.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control, patient safety, and oncology care standards.

Education & Experience:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

1–2 years of oncology, hematology, or acute care nursing experience preferred.
