Job summary

Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers seeks an Oncology RN to float across our West Valley infusion centers, providing chemotherapy and infusion care to patients while collaborating with diverse clinical teams. The role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication to ensure patient-centered care.

Travel between Goodyear, Surprise, and Glendale locations is required. Active AZ RN license, OCN or chemo/bio certification, CPR, and a valid driver's license are essential

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN license.
• ONS Chemo/Bio Certification or OCN required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
• Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams.
• Document accurately within EMR systems.
• Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times.
