Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to autonomously plan and provide high-quality patient care following physician orders and established guidelines. The role requires an active Georgia RN license in good standing and BLS certification, with a BSN preferred and 2 years of RN experience encouraged.

Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
