Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in line with physician orders and established guidelines. The nurse operates within the scope of Georgia Nurse Practice Act and delivers compassionate, evidence-based care.

Applicants must hold GA RN licensure in good standing and BLS. A BSN and additional Life Support credentials are preferred to enhance clinical specialization across units.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• The Registered Professional Nurse independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
• Care is delivered in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
