Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for Occupational Health to provide clinical care and patient education in a fast-paced setting. The role is full-time (40 hours) with daytime hours Monday through Friday and some travel as required.

The RN will perform triage by phone, administer immunizations, and support higher-level clinical staff. Illinois RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required, with a preference for a science degree and EMR experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with IL licensure
• Bachelor's degree in Science preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Answer patient voicemails and calls, and triage per protocol.
• Perform nursing assessments via telephone and EMR documentation.
• Direct high-risk cases to ED or urgent care as needed.
• Schedule appointments for non-emergency visits.
• Prepare examination room and assist with procedures.
• Administer immunizations and assist with in-office tests.
