Registered Nurse (RN) – Occupational Health

Cleveland Clinic’s Occupational Health Department promotes a safe and healthy work environment for caregivers.

Work Schedule

A caregiver in this role works 7:30AM – 4:00PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide services to caregivers per policies and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and deliver clinical care with knowledge of multiple diseases.
  • Collaborate on return-to-work and workers' compensation cases.
  • Focus on wellness, prevention, and cost-effective care.
  • Perform clinical activities such as screenings, venipuncture, TB testing, vaccinations, and health assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory programs.
  • Support clinical operations, staffing, and delegation.
  • Maintain necessary training.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
  • Current RN licensure.
  • BLS certification from AHA.
  • At least two years of clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Physical & Safety Requirements
  • Light physical activity, including lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods.
  • Use of standard PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
