Licensed in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse at hire
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho (required within six months of hire)
Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS
ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire
TNCC certification required within one year of hire
