Job summary

TannerCareers is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in accordance with the Georgia nurse practice act.

The RN will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided, with opportunities to lead clinical teams.

Candidates must hold a Georgia RN license (or multistate license) and a Healthcare Provider CPR; ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are required within stated timeframes.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D
• PALS within one year of hire in PACU
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, plan and implement patient care, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.
• Supervise other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in nursing care according to the state nurse practice act.
