CommuniCare Health Services’ Southpointe Healthcare Center in Indianapolis is seeking an RN Nursing Unit Manager to lead a patient-centered team with heart and professional excellence. You will be responsible for all operational aspects of the unit on a 24-hour basis, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality care for residents in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Indiana.
• 2–5 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Previous long-term care experience is required.
