Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in nursing, healthcare recruitment, required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of current computer software.
• Travel required, local, statewide and within the United States.
• Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to compliance policies and code of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruitment of all nursing positions as needed.
• Assists with the development of hospital programs and services that support recruitment.
• Plans, coordinates, market research, negotiation and implementation of recruitment activities.
