Qualifications

Responsibilities

Serve as the administrative representative when leadership is not on site.
Coordinate activities across hospital departments to ensure smooth operations.
Manage staffing levels and provide clinical support and guidance to nursing staff.
Triage admissions and assist with patient placement as needed.
Address and elevate operational, clinical, or personnel issues appropriately.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations.
Conduct patient rounds and communicate issues to department leadership.
Complete required documentation, reports, and incident notifications.
