Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• Two years of long-term care supervisory experience preferred.
• Three to five years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign staff duties and support teamwork within policies.
• Complete rounds to assess residents and report concerns promptly.
• Manage staff discipline and address performance issues.
• Review and revise care plans based on assessments.
• Provide resident and family education and assist with ADLs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and participate in QA and safety.
• Handle crises, coordinate facility activities, and investigate concerns.
• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership.
