Job summary

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC in Kansas is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations in a post-acute setting, driving outstanding patient care and clinical excellence. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate assessments and care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to tailor care to each patient.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least two years of nursing experience with supervisory

Qualifications

Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
