Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN registration.
• Experience in the nursing field.
• Supervisory experience in long-term care required.

Responsibilities

• Verify daily staffing and redistribute as needed.
• Collaborate with charge nurses to coordinate resident care.
• Make rounds to assess residents, especially critically ill.
• Ensure care plans are followed and medications are passed.
• Participate in resident care committee meetings.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety of the environment.
