Adventist Health Marysville is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to supervise nursing personnel and operations in collaboration with the executive team. This role emphasizes patient safety, clinical oversight, and staff development within a part-time schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a RN license in California, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred), and has leadership and critical care experience to coordinate care, throughput, and regulatory compliance across units.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years' technical experience preferred.
• One year's experience in a critical care setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversees nursing personnel and operations by rounds and care planning.
• Coordinates bed placement, transfers and discharges to optimize throughput.
• Assists with orientation and training of registry/traveler staff.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules and hospital policies.
