Job Title: RN Nursing Supervisor
Department: The Manor at Seneca Hill
Grade Level: 32 | Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary: The RN Nursing Supervisor oversees nursing staff operations, including practice and protocols, and educates staff on policies, procedures, and equipment as needed. Responsible for directing staff to ensure quality patient care and performance. Shifts include evenings and/or nights, with weekend availability required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Required Skills/Abilities: Effective communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, ability to handle stressful situations, and knowledge of elder care, resident rights, and safety regulations.
Education and Experience: Current NY RN license, preferably with 1-year Medical/Surgical and Gerontology experience; CPR certification required.
Working Conditions: Frequent walking, standing, lifting, and repositioning residents; participation in safety and quality assurance programs; exposure to infections and odors; participation in emergency drills and policy updates.
Pay Range: $34.00 - $43.45/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
