Job summary

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a self-motivated, outgoing and team-oriented Registered Nurse for a Full Time RN-Nursing Supervisor position on the 3:00pm-11:15pm shift. This key clinical leadership role involves coordinating nursing services, supervising care delivery, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold NYS RN licensure and a BSN or related degree, with prior RN supervisor experience preferred.

Qualifications

• New York State RN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field.
• Experience as an RN in skilled nursing, assisted living, or post-acute setting.
• Prior RN Supervisor/Manager/Charge Nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer nursing services during Evening shift (3:00pm–11:15pm).
• Supervise delivery of clinical care and provide staff support.
• Conduct investigations and audits as needed.
• Monitor compliance with Parker's policies, procedures, standards and regulations.

Full Time-Evening Shift

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a self-motivated, outgoing and team-oriented Registered Nurse for a Full Time Nurse Supervisor position on the 3:00pm-11:15pm shift. This is an exciting position and key clinical management role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis.
Some of your daily tasks as RN Supervisor include overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of nursing services during the Evening shift including supervising the delivery of clinical care, providing staff support, conducting investigations and audits as needed, and monitoring overall compliance with Parker's policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
