Position: RN Nursing Supervisor

Location: Elderwood at Liverpool

Shift: 6am - 2pm, Weekends

Compensation: $38 - $47.90 / hourly

Job Overview: The Nursing Supervisor ensures the health and well-being of residents by supervising nursing care during the assigned shift, managing nursing personnel, and performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services.

• Respond promptly to residents' requests.
• Supervise nursing care and staff on all units.
• Promote facility safety and oversee infection prevention.
• Manage nursing services in the absence of leadership.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum two years of nursing experience and one year in a leadership role.
• Interest or experience in geriatrics.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience with dementia population is desirable.
