Job summary

Shady Knoll Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Seymour, CT is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor. This full-time role leads an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee facility operations, staffing, and care plan implementation while mentoring staff and upholding high clinical standards. A valid nursing license and strong leadership are required, with a sign-on bonus of $2,500.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license is required to practice.
• Advanced degree or certification is preferred for this supervisory role.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
• Must possess a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential.

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
