Responsibilities

• Direct nursing service operations and supervise day-to-day activities during your shift.
• Develop, maintain, and update Nursing Service procedures and manuals to reflect current standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality assurance programs.
• Participate in facility surveys and discharge planning as required.
• Meet with nursing staff and support personnel to plan services and activities.
• Provide staffing oversight to ensure adequate licensed nurses and aides on duty.
• Review and report on nursing department performance and compliance.
