Job summary

Providence Alaska Medical Center is hiring dedicated registered nurses for full-time night shifts. You will deliver patient-centered care, collaborating with a compassionate team to support patients and families through complex health challenges.

Eligible candidates may receive a signing bonus up to $10,000 and participate in a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with employer matching, medical/dental/vision coverage, and paid time off.

Up to $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Hours: Full Time (36 Hours Weekly)

Shift: 12-hour Night Shifts

Shift Differentials:

• Night - $5.00
• Weekend $2.00

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License.
• 1 year Nursing experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
