With both full-time and part-time opportunities, you will oversee nursing operations while supporting staff through effective guidance. The ideal candidate will have a valid RN or LPN license and at least five years of nursing experience, including supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• At least one to two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Oversee daily nursing operations for effective care.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with nursing care policies.
• Coordinate resident care plans and communication.
