Cura of Le Sueur is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing & Infection Prevention (RN) to join our nursing leadership team. This role partners with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to support operations, staff development, quality, regulatory compliance, and resident care.

In addition to nursing leadership, the position leads the facility's infection prevention program, including surveillance, staff education, and adherence to infection control guidelines.

Qualificações

• Minnesota RN license is required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day nursing operations with the Director of Nursing.
• Serve as clinical resource for RNs, LPNs, CNAs and staff.
• Assist with staff education, orientation and competency development.
• Provide coaching and feedback to nursing employees.
• Monitor resident care, clinical documentation and nursing practices.
• Support admissions, changes in condition and care planning.
