Cox Healthcare Ltd. is seeking a Registered Nurse for The Highlands at Owasso to step into a key management role. You will help lead the delivery of clinical services and support the Director of Nursing with all clinical operations.

In this position, you will supervise charge nurses and clinical staff, ensure systems and programs run smoothly, oversee resident care and quality of life, and help maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Competenze

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Oklahoma.
• 5+ years in skilled nursing facility/long-term care.
• ADON experience preferred; BSN preferred.

Mansioni
