Job summary

The Highlands at Owasso is seeking aRegistered Nurse in a key management role to help lead the delivery of clinical services and assist the Director of Nursing with all clinical services. This is an opportunity to showcase leadership and nursing expertise on a care-focused team.

You will supervise charge nurses and clinical staff, oversee compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensure high-quality resident care and staff relationships in a long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in Oklahoma.
• 5+ years of skilled nursing facility/long-term care experience with a clear understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strong employee relationships and strong leadership skills.
• ADON experience is preferred.
• BSN preferred.
