You will work with the Director of Nursing to set clinical objectives, lead a dedicated nursing team, and elevate care standards for residents and families in a compassionate, compliant environment. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, patient- and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN nursing license required.
• Experience in long-term care leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations including staffing, training, and QA.
• Lead and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement care plans and protocols.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care.
• Act as liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
• Support regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
