You will coordinate department and staff in the absence of direct managers, advocate for patients and staff, and support the Meriter system objectives. The position offers a night shift schedule, 48 hours per two weeks, and a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Five years nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
• BSN required; RN in Wisconsin.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital departments and personnel in the absence of direct line managers.
• Advocate for patient care, staff and hospital goals on a shift‑to‑shift basis.
• Ensure delivery of quality patient care and achievement of Meriter system goals.
