Job summary

Maimonides Medical Center in New York, NY, is seeking a dedicated RN for full-time night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) to provide direct nursing care under supervision of the Nursing Director. This role supports the 7 East unit with assessment, intervention, and evidence-based practice.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN preferred, NYS RN licensure, BLS (ACLS preferred), and at least one year of Medical/Surgical experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current NYS licensure as RN required.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Overview

Under the general supervision of the Nursing Director or Assistant Nursing Director provides direct nursing care to patients.

7pm - 7:30am

Other Job Duties

Qualifications

Education

Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing school required; BSN preferred.

Current NYS licensure as RN required.

Current BLS certification required. Current ACLS certification preferred.

Experience

1 year of Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
