Job summary

Hoboken University Hospital in Hoboken, NJ is seeking an RN to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring quality delivery and safety. The role involves coordinating with rehabilitation staff to maximize patient independence and facilitate return to the patient’s prior residence.

Required are an Associates Degree in Nursing with NJ RN licensure, BLS, and NRP; BSN is preferred and 1–2 years of relevant experience is favored.

What You'll Be Doing

RN is responsible for assessing, implementing and evaluating the delivery care; the professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team which may include coordination of services with rehabilitation staff to maximize the patient's independence to return to their prior residence.

What We're Looking For

• Associates Degree in Nursing. BSN preferred
• Valid NJ RN License, AHA accredited BLS (Basic Life Support), and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred.
