Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Active RN license in Illinois in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient care requirements by establishing rapport with patients and families.
• Provide compassionate emotional, psychological, and spiritual support.
• Supervise assigned staff and ensure accurate transcription and notification of orders.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Assist with documentation, organization, and supervision on the unit.
