Ivory Plains Recovery Center in Adair, Iowa, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to ensure coordinated delivery of client care in line with standards of care and facility policies.

The Nurse Supervisor provides leadership to the nursing staff, directs all aspects of client care on each shift, and ensures adequate staffing and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure in Iowa (or compact), with 2+ years RN experience, 1+ year in behavioral health, and CPR/de-escalation training.

Formación

• RN licensure in Iowa or a compact state
• 2+ years of RN experience
• 1+ year of supervisory or charge nurse experience
• Experience in behavioral health is required or preferred

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and evaluate client care following the nursing process and standards of care.
• Provide and supervise clinical nursing care across units.
• Schedule staff to ensure full coverage and appropriate unit staffing.
• Administer medications and maintain MAR records; ensure medication safety.
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health staff for coordinated care.
• Lead rounds; ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and staff accountability.
