Qualifications

• Five (5) years nursing supervisory experience, including hospital/substance use or behavioral healthcare supervisory nursing.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Proficiency in Phlebotomy and EKG.
• Strong time management, writing and communication skills.
• Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills; ability to supervise, coach, mentor, develop, train and teach nurses/clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Develops nursing and medical staff schedules.
• Monitors completion of medical assignments and improves daily workflow.
• Supervises nursing staff to ensure competency and best practices.
• Conducts orientation and in-service training for nursing staff.
• Provides medication administration training and competency evaluation.
