Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism and discretion.
• Learn about travel requirements within countries.
• Assist with startup operations, including developing and refining clinical workflows, supporting operational setup and scaling, and identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Represent the organization with integrity at community and partner events.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to help grow services and offerings.

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated, trustworthy, and highly capable nurse to play a key role in launching and scaling a new clinical operation within an established, ongoing healthcare business. This is not a routine nursing job—it’s an opportunity for a true go-getter who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up, with the potential for ownership as the business grows.

You’ll be hands-on clinically while also contributing to startup operations, workflow development, and community-facing health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality phlebotomy, specimen handling, and documentation

• Administer IV for IV therapy safely and confidently
• Support and lead health screening events (community, employer-based, mobile, or onsite)
