Lexington Health in the Columbia area offers a Nurse Residency Program for newly graduated RNs. This full-time, day-shift role features a comprehensive 12-month training path, with paid weeks of 1:1 precepted experiences across physician network practices, online orientation, and professional development sessions.

The program requires SC or compact licensure, recent nursing school graduation, and current BLS certification.

Formación

• Graduate nurses eligible for Nurse Residency Program.
• RN licensure in SC or multi-compact state required.
• Current BLS certification required at start of residency.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to organizational standards and patient-care protocols.
• Complete nursing procedures including medication administration and wound care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and care-team members; participate in patient education.

ADN/BSN/MEPN degree
