Qualifications

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital experience.
• Minimum 1 year as Charge Nurse/Coordinator or Nursing Management in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing services and provide 24/7 organizational accountability for services.
• Provide leadership and supervision of personnel and foster learning and development.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel; participate in policy formulation.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Coordinates nursing services and accepts organizational accountability for services provided 24/7. The CNM Provides leadership and supervision of personnel, including fostering a climate conducive to learning and development. Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel.

Participates in nursing and organizational policy formulation and decision making while serving as a clinical role model. Assures that patients receive appropriate level of care and coordinates resources available to provide the appropriate level of care.

Qualifications

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a full‑time Charge Nurse/Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management in an acute care Hospital setting
