Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Supervisor/Home Care RN for our Dover, DE home care office. This role leads clinical teams, assesses clients, and develops care plans to ensure high-quality in-home care across Sussex & Kent Counties.

The selected candidate will supervise field nurses, participate in new hire orientation, and contribute to staff training.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Visits adult clients and conducts assessments in the service area.
