Qualifications

• Minimum five years of clinical experience with at least three in case management or social services.
• One year of experience managing the function in the healthcare industry.
• Licensed Registered Nurse - CA (RN) in good standing; RQI Responder – American Heart Association; PALS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Inpatient RN Care Managers and the Utilization Review team.
• Provide leadership for the clinical and administrative functions of the department.
• Ensure staffing, education, and budget monitoring meet quality care standards.
