Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Dover, DE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Clinical Nurse Supervisor/Home Care RN for our Dover home care office. This role leads clinical staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality in-home care to adult clients.

Responsibilities include developing and overseeing care plans, supervising field nurses, orienting new hires, and training staff to ensure compliance with BAYADA standards. Minimum 2 years' RN experience; supervisory experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing.
• At least 2 years' RN experience.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
