• Experience with KPI dashboards, data analytics, and performance reporting.
• Budget management, supply chain, and inventory control in clinical settings.
• On-site recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation experience.
• Patient flow optimization and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Facilities collaboration and cross-functional teamwork with clinical and business units.
• Forecasting staffing needs using data pipelines and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities
