Agave Ridge Behavioral Health is located in East Mesa, providing high quality behavioral health services o our community in a beautiful state of art building.
Agave Ridge Behavioral Hospital is a 100 bed acute care psychiatric facility that offers a full continuum of inpatient behavioral healthcare services for adult and adolescent patients including comprehensive treatment for those who struggle with acute symptoms of behavioral health disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Assist the DON/CNO with directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of nursing for assigned units. Oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments and administration to ensure that all residents’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve customer complaints.
