The position oversees nursing initiatives across units, implements clinical systems, and supports infection control and regulatory compliance. This full-time role includes on-site responsibilities and growth opportunities within the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred in Nursing.
• Five to seven years of nursing experience with DC RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Function as RN Nurse Manager in Assisted Living and Memory Support.
• Collaborate with DON and ADON to design clinical systems.
• Lead staff education and survey preparation.
• Coordinate infections control/prevention per laws.
• Schedule and provide medical services to employees and residents.
