Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; enrolled in master’s degree program and must complete within 36 months of hire.
• Master’s degree in nursing or a related field; if the master’s degree is not in nursing, a BSN is required.
• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible; AHA BLS certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the ambulatory surgery unit.
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff; work with Director on major decisions.
• Be visibly engaged across all shifts to support staff communication and performance.
• Oversee unit budgeting, guidelines, and adherence to policies.
