Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Clarks Summit, PA office. In this role, you will develop care plans, conduct assessments in various areas, and inspire a team to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Trach/vent experience is a plus; training will be provided.
• Proven supervisory experience.

Responsibilities for the Clinical Manager

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our clients and conduct assessments in Clarks Summit, PA and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation for RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs.
• Participate in the training of RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs

Qualifications for the Clinical RN Manager

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Trach/vent experience is a plus; training will be provided and supported after hire.
• Supervisory experience.
