Responsibilities

• Assigns staff according to policies and ensures equitable distribution of duties.
• Supports teamwork and promotes resident-centered care.
• Conducts rounds to assess resident care and updates care plans.
• Documents plans and communicates concerns to Nursing leadership.
• Directs and mentors staff to maintain professional standards and autonomy.
• Ensures safety procedures and emergency readiness are followed.
• Completes monthly QAPI tasks and participates in pharmacy-related reviews.
