Job summary

You will assess residents, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation while guiding CNAs and other staff. A compassionate, resident-centered approach is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license valid in Kansas.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulations.
• Foster a respectful, positive, and resident-centered environment.
