Job summary

City of Lincoln is seeking a dedicated RN to join our nursing team in Wichita, KS. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, perform a broad range of clinical tasks, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on high-quality care.

You will assess residents, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation while guiding CNAs and other staff. A compassionate, resident-centered approach is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license valid in Kansas.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
