Join our LakePointe Senior Care & Rehab Team! Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care to patients in various areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

Earn up to $44.40 per hour!

• Starting wage: $35.15 - $39.00 per hour based on experience - New Wages!
• PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
• PLUS $2.00 per hour for 2nd or 3rd Shift!!

Flexible scheduling options:

• 8 or 12-hour shifts
• Part-time or full-time
• 1st shift / Days: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd shift / Afternoons-Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM $2.00/hr extra
• 3rd shift / Midnight: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM $2.00/hr extra

Daily responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive environment for patients, families, and visitors.
• Performing treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administering medications and advising patients and families on treatment plans.
• Providing preventative and supportive care focused on physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Overseeing CNA team, including directing, training, and evaluating staff.

Requirements to join our EPIC team:

• Current RN license in Michigan and CPR certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Strong analytical skills for care planning and problem-solving.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to compassionate, innovative care.
• Team-oriented attitude and dedication to supporting colleagues.
