Job summary

Orison-Solutions-LLC seeks a RN Nurse Educator to provide coverage across inpatient MCH units in New York, including Labor & Delivery, NICU, MBU, and Pediatrics.

The role requires a NY RN license and a Master’s degree in Education with strong hands-on experience, including scrubbing in the past five years, plus two years in L&D and Med/Surg. The educator will support education for L&D, NICU, and postpartum.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Labor & Delivery experience.
• Two (2) years of Med/Surg experience.
• Strong and recent hands-on experience, including scrubbing within the past 5 years.
• Provides coverage for all inpatient MCH, including L&D, NICU, MBU, and Peds.
• Supports education for Labor and Delivery, NICU, and postpartum.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for inpatient MCH units including L&D, NICU, MBU, and Peds.
• Lead and support Nurse Educator education initiatives for L&D, NICU, and postpartum.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications (NYS RN, BLS).
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to enhance clinical teaching and patient safety.
