Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred. Current BCLS certification required within one month of hire.
Experience: All RNs encouraged to participate in the SPIRE clinical advancement program.
Licensure: Must be licensed and registered in Connecticut. Specialty certification is encouraged.
Prolonged standing, walking, sensory engagement, exposure to infectious diseases, physical and emotional stress, and lifting patients up to 300 pounds. Must be able to assist with patient care activities involving physical exertion.
